Please find our trio of whiskies, carefully curated and repeatedly enjoyed, that reflect our journey from Spiced Rum to Scotch Whisky. We have selected Whisky that resembles the liquid we were drinking when we embarked on this journey. Easy drinking, light at times but fruity and intense at others. All bottled at 51% to encourage the liquid to be enjoyed as is – but don’t forget that these all hold up in an Old Fashioned or a Highball cocktail.

All of these whiskies are single cask, when they are gone, they are gone. Impossible to repeat so take your chance while you can.
